You may like to use a food diary to record a few days of your usual eating and drinking habits for convenience. Please bring along any additional doctor reports or blood tests you think may be necessary.
During your initial consult, your dietitian will assist you in setting individual health/nutrition goals and provide:
- Evidenced based and up-to date nutrition advice
- Personalised nutrition counselling and education to help you self-manage and achieve your goals
- A plan to assist with achieving your goal
