Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. Healthy Living NT will be happy to exchange or refund faulty products when proof of purchase is supplied. Request for refunds on products for any other reason will only be made if the product is returned unused in the original packaging within one month of purchasing.

Healthy Living NT regrets that it is not permitted to exchange NDSS goods incorrectly ordered by the registrant. Goods cannot be dispatched unless all necessary information has been provided and payment made.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will upon your request, replace any product/s that is received in a damaged condition or a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such product. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

Regularity of Order

Healthy Living NT has an obligation not to supply amounts of products above the national levels of average use without written authorization. These levels are 900 strips and/or 1200 syringes per 180 day period. Please note that some products have a use by date, so to avoid unnecessary wastage, take care not to over order these items.

For Healthy Living NT products orders, the following minimum standard postage fees apply within Australia:

Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. If the product you are wanting is out of stock, we will call you to advise when the item will be back in stock or if there is an alternative product that you can select.
